Ultimate Beer Batter Onion Rings Recipe

Yep, the rumors are true. For now on, you don’t need to go to a restaurant to order onion rings! You can make them at home.

All you need is a little time  and some friends to share them with.  These beer battered onion rings are light, crispy and highly addictive. They taste great, go perfectly with  ketchup and some more beer.

They are great  side dish but also are great as a stand-alone snack. And it can be even better.  I’m a big fan of crisp, fried foods, chicken, shrimp, potato… you name it.

But if you want to cut some calories you can bake these rings in a oven and they will have same crunchiness and texture as deep fried. Either way, you’re gonna love them.
