How’d it come to be? I found a recipe that sounded good for banana bread with chocolate chips and walnuts. But then, I nixed the walnuts, doubled the chocolate chips and added cocoa powder to the batter. The result was a deliciously moist banana bread with a moderate chocolate flavor.
