Last month, So Good got an e-mail update from the road. Friend of the blog, Chef Mike, while in Cleveland, happened to catch an episode of the USA show Psych. While I’ve never seen the show myself, Chef Mike explained that the main characters on the show are big food lovers. On this episode, the characters went to a restaurant that has a dish called Fries Quatro Quesos Dos Fritos. The dish is a potato fried, stuffed with cheese, beer battered, then fried again. The restaurant in the show served them with an ancho chili sour cream.
Sounds pretty yummy huh? Well this guy thought so too. Which is why he put together a YouTube video of the dish. Ignore the terrible jokes about women’s sized clothes, T2 and Kid ‘n Play.
