Eating Styles: Chocolate Shake Dipping Edition! Sam July 16, 2012 Eating Styles 5 Comments It’s Monday, meaning it’s time for another weekly installment of Eating Styles. We’ve asked you how you like your fries before, but this week we want to know, would you dip your french fries in a chocolate shake? In honor of National French Fry day last Friday, Wendy’s came out with the statistic: “Families have jumped on the dipster wagon – nearly one of every two families (47%) have plunged their fry into a frosty.” Ignoring the subject/object confusion in that sentence (so everyone in the family holds on to a different part of their one fry and dips it into the frosty through a coordinated effort?), that seems like a pretty high percentage of fry-eaters engaging in a practice that some people might find disgusting. So which camp are you in? Do you embrace the odd chocolate/salty combo or does the idea of dipping your fry in a chocolate shake repel you? Choose your favorite option below and explain in the comments. Reply Hannah July 16th, 2012 My sister used to but into vanilla shakes, not chocolate. Reply John Yaeger July 16th, 2012 I think this is great. I’m a certified chocoholic and I have done it a few times. Try it and let me know how’s your experience. Reply Smokin' July 18th, 2012 Peer pressure – now I’ll have to try it – at least once. Reply Geena Stepp July 23rd, 2012 never tried it… but it sure could become a new fad or something… Reply Leave a Reply Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.
