Something fun in the Chesapeake Bay area to do is to search restuarant by restaurant looking for the perfect crab cake.
And who can say no to Old Bay seasoning?
Lobster, however, is just boil and dip in butter.

Crab is just used in so many foods. I love gumbo with crab in it.
Crab is so good they even make an imitation from it.
You don’t hear about imitation lobster!!!!
