It’s Monday, which means it’s time for another Eating Styles poll. School is beginning and schedules are filling up. Around this time of year, it seems like everybody could use a caffeine boost. How do you energize yourself in the morning?

    If I really need a lot of caffeine, I go with sugar-free energy drinks, Rockstar’s probably my favorite. Lately I’ve just been drinking a lot of Pepsi Max though. When I was a little younger and crazier we’d do shots of Redline at work.. good times 🙂
