It’s Monday, meaning it’s time for another Eating Styles poll! This week we’re wondering (for no reason other than I’m having chili for lunch today): what do you put on top of your chili?
Personally, I like putting shredded cheese on a hot bowl of chili and watching it melt into a gooey yellow pile. My dad’s favorite addition is oyster crackers, while my mom and sister enjoy sour cream. My sister likes mixing so much sour cream in her chili that it turns a pale shade of pink that makes me want to vomit but, hey, to each their own.
What do you add to your chili to make it more awesome, So Good readers? Vote for your favorite chili toppings below and explain in the comments.

Whenever I eat chili, I cover the top of it in cheese. Cheese is delicious.

Chili is a wonderful concoction that can withstand a poor choice of additives and still be darn good.

@Mandi – Of course! Chili Frito Pie! That should have been one of the choices.

Frito’s sound good. I’m trying that next time.

In Cincinnati a big thing was always the “walking taco” which was a snack bag of fritos with chili and cheese thrown in.

[...] already asked you what toppings you like on your chili, now we’re wondering about the noodle issue. Maybe it’s not as widespread of a practice [...]

When I want noodles in my chili I like to have a chili 5-ways. For a late night finish a good old St. Louis Slinger is the best!
