Update: Voting on these match-ups is now closed. Chips Ahoy! (82%) defeats Newman O’s (18%), Milanos (87%) destroy Snackwells (13%), Tollhouse (79%) beats up on Vienna Fingers (17%) and Fig Newtons (78%) beat Hydrox (22%).

Today’s Snack Madness voting takes us back to the cookie bracket for some intriguing match-ups.  If you aren’t hip yet to Snack Madness, read our intro post here, and click the bracket below to see our seeds and contenders.

Today’s match-ups are:

Chips Ahoy! (3) and its many varieties faces off against Oreo imitator Newman O’s (14). Will cult favorites Milano (6) be able to hold off more health focused Snackwells(11)? Nestle’s Tollhouse (7) squares off against Vienna Fingers (10) in an unpredictable match-up that is likely too close to call. Hydrox (15) takes on the ever-popular Fig Newtons (2) which may also draw votes from those who like Strawberry Newtons and other Newton flavors.

    I thought they stopped making Hydrox cookies!

    @maggy – they did, but they started making them again in 2008!
