Sent to me by one of my readers, dlayphoto.  This bacon enhanced dessert is being served at Centro in Des Moines, Iowa.

    Bacon is good, creme brûlée is amazing, but mixing both? I’m pretty sure it’s not that bad. Actually it may be very good; mixing the very sweet taste of the dessert with the salty taste of bacon might create something… special.

    Worth trying, but I would not recommend serving it in a restaurant haha..
