- Fast Food Maven reports that Wendy’s will be giving away 1 million free downloads on Rhapsody.
- The NY Daily News has named Johnny Iuzzini as NYC’s sexiest chef.
- The most prestigious contest in the worlds of fiery foods and barbecue, the Scovie Awards, have been announced. No surprise to me, in the cheese category, my boys from Cabot Creamery have swept, winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
- Today is National Pickle Day.
- The Girl Who Ate Everything writes about tuna waffles.
- Eating My Words has a recipe for a Blue Cheese Mustard Crumb Steak Topping.
- A Cheesesteak Factory on the lower east side has closed.
- The beautiful blogger over at Sugarlaw has been experimenting in the kitchen, and offers up a Husk Cherry and Goat Cheese Salad.
