Pour the mixture over the chocolate, then without stirring, let it stand until the chocolate starts to melt. Beginning in the center and working outward, stir the melted chocolate into the cream until everything is evenly combined and smooth (beware over stirring!) Pop the frosting into the fridge, stirring every 5 minutes, until the frosting is barely holding its shape and is lighter in color. Just like that, your 3 easy steps to chocolate heaven. Notes The trick is all in creating the perfect consistency. If the frosting gets a little too thick, reheat it in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Once the frosting melts, you’ll have a second chance to stir it until it’s perfectly smooth again!
