It’s Wednesday, which means it’s Would You Rather time.

Option #1: You can never eat Saltines again.

Option #2: You can never eat Stoned Wheat Thins again.

There are many knock-off and imitation versions of Premium brand saltine crackers. For the purposes of this vote, saltines=saltines, no matter who the brand or label. Anything you would define as in that category counts. Stoned Wheat Thins, in contrast, are one specific brand. Feel free to vote on any criteria you want, taste, cost, availability, variety of uses etc.

Please share in the comments the logic behind the choice you made.

Haven’t ever had the ‘stoned’ ones, so i probably won’t miss having them again. Not that I eat saltines that often… they get used occasionally in soup (would rather have oyster crackers), or as cracker meal in various recipes.

Stoned Wheat Thins are probably my #1 favorite cracker. And like any cracker, they are in fact, better when stoned.

I love stoned wheat thins, they are one of my favorites for a cheese and cracker plate at a party. However there are always saltines in my house and I eat them as a snack with just about anything. And of course you can’t dare someone to eat 6 stoned wheat thins with any kind of fun.

Saltines all the way, the perfect vehicle for Campbells New England Clam Chowder, or dipped into bouillon when sick..

as far as crackers go this has been my favourite cracker for years … unfortunately it seems they changed the recipe for them in the past while I won’t be buying them again … I bought these crackers because they were great tasting and no matter how you ate them they were just a great cracker. If I wanted what they changed their recipe to I could have already bought it … so for me I am out looking for another cracker … although I doubt that they can be replaced
