Eick January 7, 2009 Desserts, Politics 3 Comments In the seemingly never-ending string of Barack Obama related food stories, comes the news that for the next month, Ben & Jerry’s is renaming its Butter Pecan flavor “Yes Pecan.” All proceeds from sales of the ice cream during January will be donated to the Common Cause Education Fund. What took you so long Ben & Jerry’s? I reported back in March that Slate’s contest had identified “Yes, Pecan!” as the best potential Obama related flavor.
