		<description>Yeah, the corporate HEADQUARTERS is in Louisville - but there are still corporate offices in Ohio and there are Papa John&#039;s corporate employees whose job it is to cover Ohio as part of their territory.  The people who posted said they were with Papa John&#039;s corporate in Ohio.</description>
